The Admission Form has to start being prepared 6 months before enrollment.

The school will conduct a screening according to the Admission Form submitted. Later, the results will be announced by e-mail.

After the acceptance result, start preparing the necessary documents to be submitted to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau.

On the student’s behalf, the school will submit the application documents to the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau. (about 4~5 months before enrollment)

After about 2 months, the school will receive the screening result from the Tokyo Regional Immigration Bureau (about 2 months before enrollment).
The Certificate of Eligibility (COE) will be issued if the student passes the screening.
Please take a tuberculosis exam (chest X-ray exam) before coming to Japan, and send the results to the school.

Tuition fee payment. Once the school confirms the payment, the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) will be sent by physical mail.

Take the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the Japanese Embassy in your country, and proceed to applying for the visa.

Finally, get ready to depart to Japan!
